I will be staying home, no celebrations. I usually sit and reflect and write. Tonite, at 5:00pm pacific time my nephew who is pastor of a church in Omaha, NE is having a New Year’s Anointing Service and is streaming it online. I am planning to watch and attend that in spirit as I feel it will be a blessed way to start the New Year. How about you? What will you be doing?
Oh that sounds wonderful–an anointing service! I’m in your time zone (Seattle area)–any chance you could give me the link so I could go too?? 🙂 I just stay home and watch the televised fireworks show from the Seattle Space Needle–and eat, until I start the 21-day fast (Jan 1st) that Gateway Church in Southlake, TX always does (they’re my online church since March 2011–great teaching from Pastor Robt Morris). I have so much to reflect on also–God is bountifully GOOD!
