The End of an Enterprise

Making Mud Pies
Gone are the days

Of mud pies

That childhood imaginations

Turned into clay ashtrays

Carefully painted

In gaudy colors

By my neighborhood friend

And I

We were entrepreneurs

Out to make our fortunes

At age six
