God At Work

Construction zone, God At Work lettering

Suddenly!

Spur of the moment

All at once

Unexpected

Opportunities abound

Divine Surprises!

Shadorma

You’ve probably seen those signs “Men At Work” around construction zones. Well, lately considering what has been happening in my life I would say I could hang up a sign “God At Work” because of so many blessings, new opportunities and just friendly encounters I am having lately. I am really enjoying it all and giving thanks to God.

I know God is always at work in our lives but much of the time He works in the background and He doesn’t always reveal to us what He’s doing or He allows us to see it at a later time.

But sometimes He brings us unexpected surprising blessings suddenly! And it is so great to experience those!

( The word “suddenly” occurs 40 times in the KJV bible. It’s interesting to read the different things that the Lord did “suddenly” )

  1. I think “suddenly” was Mark’s favorite word. Probably most of those 40 times are in the Book of Mark. He must have been a man who liked to get things done quickly and see things move along at a good speed. Maybe that’s why he left Paul and Barnabas–they weren’t moving fast enough for him. 🙂 Whatever the reason, Paul did finally acknowledge Mark’s worth. Suddenlies are always fun and can really perk up a dull day. I’m glad you are enjoying some of those blessings at this time.

    1. Yes, I remember from studying Mark that he used the word “suddenly” a lot.
Thanks, I am enjoying. Getting ready now to go on an adventure that I have wanted to go in for 9 years! It just “suddenly” became available for me to do and I am so excited! 😊
