Neath the Masks

Face masks

This new normal is

Filled with masks and 6 foot marks.

A world so surreal

Since this Sheltering in Place took effect I have only been going out to the stores one day a week to get my groceries and necessary supplies.

Each week I see more and more changes taking affect. More control, more limiting, more distancing and this week, today it was more masks.

It seemed everyone was wearing masks today, where in previous week just a few were doing so.

It just seemed so surreal seeing everyone all around me in masks.

  1. So true. It is rather surreal. And some of the “information” floating around out there is even more surreal. A friend sent me a video to watch, and she felt it was right on, but I found it more like a scifi movie than anything real. If any of it is right, I believe it is more for the time of the tribulation than the times we are in.

    1. Exactly! It’s hard to know what is true anymore with all the fake news circulating daily. I try to ignore most of it unless it’s from a trusted source, but even then sometimes that might not even be totally accurate according to my beliefs. So I just try to stay positive, do what I can to stay healthy, comply with social distancing as best as I can, pray and read scripture daily and leave it all to God to sort out.
