The days

Ramble on

Speaking

Nothing

Diverse

Until a

Goldfinch

Visits

Bringing

Color

And a

Glimpse

Of joy

Suddenly

The days

Become

Alive

With hope

Speaking

New life

Will soon

Arrive

  1. It’s amazing how even one bird can cheer you up and change your outlook for the day. I love to see the birds and can’t wait until I can get out to the parks again.
