The long sleepless night
On the pallet forgotten,
My palate enjoyed
Sweet breakfast delicasies
And morning sky’s palette

Winds of change
Blowing around us
Rearranging
Uprooting
Replacing old things with new
Wafting, swirling, winds

Dawning bright,
Another new month!
Exciting!
Promising
New adventures in life!
