I joined their Facebook Group where they post a Prompt a day for 90 days. Today’s Prompt was :”Time disappears into space” which inspired me to write this poem.

Tis the time
Of lights abounding
Shining and
Reflecting
In the world and in hearts of
All everywhere
Shadorma
Walking in Faith
Is a burden wearing you down,
Like a heavy gown,
A weighted cloak or heavy yoke?
Are you being oppressed,
Or being tried to be blessed?
Is it just a test,
Or the enemy’s cruel jest?
Time and faith will tell,
If it’s from heaven or hell.

Procrastination
Playing games with time
Putting dreams on hold
Complacent to rest
Up against a fence
