I wonder and worry,
But God speaks in many ways.
He often whispers when
I find a penny or dime:
“I will provide for your needs”

Different types and forms of poetry I have written
I wonder and worry,
But God speaks in many ways.
He often whispers when
I find a penny or dime:
“I will provide for your needs”

Today,
My life goes on,
And yesterday’s cares fade.
What a difference a day makes.
Time heals.

It’s done. It’s over,
The locks lay in piles on the floor.
The curls of contention,
Are no more.
Pushed to the breaking point,
He gave in.
He gave up the hair he loved,
And the dream he held within.
To conform to others wishes,
He put his feelings aside.
He became their new person,
While his real identity died.

Life. Death.
The difference
Is often a thin thread
That one careless word could snap and break.
Caution
Needed.
Be very careful when speaking words.
They have power to change life
For better or worse.
Choose wisely.

Friday the Thirteen.
Am not superstitious,
But this day seems odd.
Meeting many rude people.
Is it just a coincidence?

Flowers in the sun
Concerned for their welfare
Awoke to find God watered them
Over night
