Can anyone relate? Sometimes when you are trying to fall asleep a million thoughts fill your head and things long forgotten come to mind! Perhaps that is the answer for us who are trying to remember something we forgot….:) try to find some sleep and then the memory will surface! 🙂 🙂
Today as I was walking on my College Campus going to an appointment with my academic counselor, I happened to look down and noticed this, what I thought to be, stalk of wheat. Just laying there on the footpath, all by itself, and not a wheat field in sight. Quite odd, I thought. I picked it up to take home, quite excited because I had never had the chance to have a stalk of wheat before.:) But….then I got to thinking about the parable in Matthew 13:24-30 and I began to wonder if it might be a tare…..Something to consider….and to ponder, why it happened to be right in my path today…..?? Perhaps it’s purpose was only to inspire me to write this poem 🙂
