And God said, This is the token of the covenant which I make between me and you and every living creature that is with you, for perpetual generations: I do set my bow in the cloud, and it shall be for a token of a covenant between me and the earth. And it shall come to pass, when I bring a cloud over the earth, that the bow shall be seen in the cloud: And I will remember my covenant, which is between me and you and every living creature of all flesh; and the waters shall no more become a flood to destroy all flesh. And the bow shall be in the cloud; and I will look upon it, that I may remember the everlasting covenant between God and every living creature of all flesh that is upon the earth. Sometimes when you are trying to fall asleep a million thoughts fill your head and things long forgotten come to mind!
Perhaps that is the answer for us who are trying to remember something we forgot….:)
try to find some sleep and then the memory will surface!

As I was hurrying through the dark parking lot to go into the grocery store, I pulled my coat tight around me as it was chilly and rainy. All of a sudden a bright warm feeling entered my heart. There in the midst of it all I heard the sweet voice of a little child singing. Seemingly unaware of the weather, she waited patiently for her mom to load groceries into the car, as she sang a little melody all her own. 🙂 I had to smile. A good reminder to be joyful in all circumstances! 🙂

Oregon Sky

The sun popped out for just a few minutes–I stepped outside to snap a picture–the result was this photo that looked like the shape of Oregon! (I did not crop this photo into this shape–it just happened because of the area where I was standing when I took the photo)
I figured this unusual photo deserved a poem to be written for it! 🙂
