I am in the midst of a transition right now. I am moving to a new place, in a new area. I had to quit my job to do so, and I just bought a new car. Moving is never fun during the sorting, packing time, besides there are always extra expenses to deal with, so I took a break and went out to eat at my favorite restaurant. I was going to just get the food to go so I could rush home and get back to packing while I ate, but at the last minute I changed my mind and decided to stay there and eat in. There were several tables available to sit at, so I kind of roamed around to make my choice. Amazingly, the table I chose to sit at had a penny laying on the very spot I chose to sit! “Thank You God” I said. For, every time I start to worry about money it seems I happen to find a penny or dime in my path. It is really amazing! I have found them in so many odd places that one would never expect a penny or dime to be! I believe they are reminders to me, from God, that I should not be worrying about money, or anything else, because He is in control and He is my Provider.

This is so true–and what a beautiful example He gave you, that you might share it with us. He owns the cattle on a thousand hills, and He’s a most generous Father–so we really needn’t worry about money 🙂 I find I worry about other things far more frequently–I figure, if I can’t afford something, then I must not need it. But moving expenses–that’s a Biggie!
