Aw yes, seagulls are always checking for leftovers. Once in downtown Toronto, I had a flock of gulls after me for my newly purchased fries…one was hovering over my head screeching to his buddies to follow me. It was so scary. I ran being touched on the head a few times and a man was holding the door open of City Hall watching me. They are very aggressive there at Nathan Philips Square. I felt like I was in Alfred Hitchcock movie…brrrrrrr :(. Lovely haiku by the way and photo is perfect!
Oh my! What a scary experience! Reminds me of the “Birds” movie! 😩 I didn’t have any food with me when I saw this Gull so he didn’t bother me but I know they can be very aggressive and annoying. Thanks for visiting and sharing your story with me 😊

Yep, The Birds movie indeed. Now I know why she had a nervous breakdown when this movie was finished.
