Clouds of Hope

Clouds, sky, kites flying
Drawing and poetry by Leona J. Atkinson

I see

Patches of hope

White clouds of promise

Floating above the virus

Look up!

Rise up

Above the

Gloom and doom that’s creeping

Set your focus higher, freedom’s

Coming

  1. It’s all in the perspective, isn’t it? If we look down at the ground we often see a lot of dirt and debris and we can’t see through it, but when we look up, we see into the vastness of eternity, the blue of the sky and the sunshine in the daytime, and the countless stars and the moon on a dark velvet background at night. We see promise, hope for a better tomorrow when we look to the Lord. In His light we see light as it says in the Psalms. Have a blessed Easter Leona..
