A Time of Release
As the trees shed their leaves, let us also shed our anxieties, fears, grudges, or any negative thoughts
that might be keeping us from moving forward into a new season.
Letting Go
Every day has its challenges.
All life has ups and downs.
Many a day problems will come,
And turn smiles into frowns.
Focusing on what should have been,
And complaining negatively,
Is not going to change the present,
Or make “if only” come to be.
Therefore when upsets come,
It’s best to just smile and say,
“This isn’t what I hoped would happen,
But I’ll make the best of it anyway”
