Sit pieces of hearts
Of family.
Christmas gifts
Chosen by my daughter and grand-daughters.
My special treasures.

Tiny “Love Rock”
Senryu
Today I was blessed to find a “Love Rock” at just the right time to brighten up my day.
If you have never heard of “Love Rocks” I invite you to check out their website at www.loverocks.org where you can read the heart touching story of how and why “Love Rocks” started and perhaps you might want to participate in sharing the love as well.
A Grand-daughter’s smile
Chases away worry,
And brings healing to a weary heart.
It’s better
To bring healing
Than hospital’s prescribed
Daily routine medicine
I think.
Double Cinquain
(My grand-daughter Vivian visiting me after work when I was in the hospital for hip surgery. Love to see her smiling face! 😊)
Bruised, but will rise again.
In His mighty strength
And His tender compassion,
He will bring new life to me.
Tanka
(based on Matthew 12:20
A bruised reed shall he not break, and smoking flax shall he not quench, till he send forth judgment to victory.)

Come before the King,Who can do anything!
No power is greater than He!
With Him, ALL is possibility!
He delights at your company,
Come bow before Him and see,
The blessings He will bestow,
As Him you come to know.
Eternal King, Father, Friend.
He will be with you til the end.
To our King we do hail,
For His love will never fail.
Rhyme
Now unto the King eternal, immortal, invisible, the only wise God, be honour and glory for ever and ever. Amen. 1 Timothy 1:17
