A Cry for Mercy

Floods and Fires
“No more rain Lord”

A wet flooded Houston crys

“Rain Lord, we need rain ”

Oregonians praying

Wildfires raging 

And flood waters displacing

Elements ignore

Our Nation is on its knees

May God’s mercy be upon us

Taste and Trust

Have you tried the LORD? 

Have you experienced Him?

Have you taken time?

Taste and see, the LORD is good.

Have you reached out?

Trust and see, His blessings flow.

He is waiting for you.

Perceive who He really is.

Taste His goodness today.

Choka
Oh, the LORD is good! 

Just trust in Him and be blessed!

Taste and you will see!

Good Deeds

Daisy, flower, hand
Taking time to show you care

Offering up a sincere prayer, 

Meeting a strangers need,

Doing a small kindly deed,

Sometimes means a whole lot more

Than lots of money given to the poor

Do something small for the least 

Let God multiply it into a feast
