Comfortable, cozy cushions
Old fashioned, plump, place
Upholstered in pink flowers
Covered with patterned pillows
Home sweet home’s happy place
#NaPoWriMo Day 2–Prompt: Place
This old couch might be out of style and unattractive to some, but it’s my comfort place and where I often go to relax in the mornings to have my coffee and view the world outside my window.
This is where I often get inspirations for my poetry also.
Sometimes I look at it and can’t believe I purchased it second hand for only $7.00!
It’s a treasure to me and my favorite place, now more than ever since we are in this “shelter in place” time.
Where is your favorite place? Are you able to access it often?
Just no place
I’d rather be
Than in my little home
Where I can relax and just be me
Quiet, cozy place
Full of inspiring things to see
